Who we are

Aven Agents (avenagents.co.za) designs and deploys AI agents for business process automation. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), Aven Agents is the responsible party for personal information processed through this website. What we collect and why

When you submit a discovery-session request through this website, we collect your name, work email address, the business priority you select, and the details you choose to share about the work you'd like AI to help with. We process this information for one purpose: responding to your request and, where you engage us, delivering services to you. The lawful basis is the consent you give when submitting the form and, thereafter, the performance of a contract.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use discovery-request data for automated decision-making about you. We do not send marketing communications unless you have expressly opted in.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which pages are useful. Analytics data is not combined with the personal details you submit through the discovery-session form. You can opt out of Google Analytics using your browser's tracking-protection settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Retention

Discovery-request records are retained for 24 months from last contact, after which they are deleted, unless a contractual relationship exists or the law requires longer retention.

Security

Personal information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. We maintain reasonable organisational and technical measures as required by section 19 of POPIA.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to processing or withdraw consent, by contacting our Information Officer at info@ivsdigital.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (inforegulator.org.za).
